Unlike traditional Wooden Dummies / Mook Jongs that require a lot of space, our “Half Dummy Series” only requires a 2’ by 4’ space on a wall. With our new “live slide” frame and mounting system, this Mook Jong will give you the same type of flex and feedback previously only available with full sized dummies.

The frame is designed to provide several inches of travel when the dummy is struck. In addition it will also slide from side to side on the lateral support slats when struck hard enough (just like the full sized ones).

Our “Half Jong Series” Wooden Dummy is constructed using traditional measurements for the trunk and arms. Each arm is 12.5” long with offset shafts as well as off set arms. Traditional Mook Jongs / wooden dummies usually have staggered arms where the left arm is usually higher than the right arm. With our Mook Jongs you can choose to have the arms staggered or level simply by rotating one of the arms giving you even more flexibility and training options over the competition.

The shafts measure 1.5″ by 2″. The distance between the top lower shaft and the bottom arm shaft is 9”. The trunk body is approximately 36″ long, 9” wide, and 4 1/2″ deep. It’s half of a full circle. And the frame measures 48” long by 22” wide. Total weight is approximately 40 pounds. All frame hardware and mounting instructions are included.
