The problem is that it’s hard to always have access to a live training partner. This wooden dummy is the next best thing to training with a real person. Our Trapping Arm Dummy allows you to easily hone in on all of your trapping skills without the need of a real training partner. This dummy is made out of 100% hardwood and has a heavy duty spring loaded arm that can be moved in any direction. Unlike our competitors trapping dummies/ arms, our arm is actually made out of wood that has been crafted into the shape and size of a real arm. The end is shaped like a baseball which represents a closed fist. It’s absolutely perfect for practicing your entries, parries, pac sau’s, lop sau’s, etc, etc. In addition to the unlimited training techniques that can be practiced on the dummy, you can also use it to condition your forearms. It comes with two durable striking pads ready to take all of the abuse you can dish out. The body of the unit is 3″ deep (not including the mounting boards), 42″ long, and is 9″ wide.
