These arms are a favorite among Praying Mantis, JKD and Wing Chun practitioners. The arms start out at the base just like normal arms however the end  flares out into a fist or ball like shape that’s just a little smaller than a baseball. They’re perfect for developing your lop sau drills or for practicing your entries while using a perry or slapping hand. Made out of solid Ash hardwood. Sold in a set of three and stained in any of our signature colors. Sold in sets of 3.
