These unique training aids were developed by Sifu Darrell Jordan of the WVTAA. They are designed to give you extreme balance during your martial arts training. Perfect for developing an incredibly strong root, you can use them while practicing Chi Sau or while practicing your form.  These are absolutely great for practicing Sil Lim Tao / Siu Nim Tao on one leg! This has to be by far the fastest way available to easily develop a superior stance and root. These tables measure 10″ wide by 13″ long’ by 5″ wide.  Sold as a pair.
